Fuel leak I think?
It started with a small amount and I thought it was oil but my girlfriend said it's fuel because I can't smell because I'm sick, it grew last night to a substantial amount so I think it's fuel, but its puddle up right below oil pan plug.

Thanks in advance
Adam

I have had this happen twice, they both poured into my engine valley, (the drain line had come loose from the fuel valve) I had 2 separate leaks in this area, 1 was from the fuel filter drain valve, it started leaking fuel, (ruined my release bearing
) the second came from a bolt/plug on the rear of the fuel filter assembly, I guess this is the high pressure oil pump, any way a flashlight while engine running should tell the story, look real good along the rear of the filter assembly, and put your hand down there, the bolt/plug is on the right side of the assembly standing if front of truck looking towards it. the first time it was spraying a very fine stream that was hardly noticeable, any way there is an oring on that bolt/plug that you will need to replace, the good news is it is a fairly easy repair. but get it done right away. and check your oil.

if its leakin from the valley I guarntee its the fuel filter bowl drain valve O rings...i had the same problem with my 7.3...dont go to ford theyll rip you off...go to smallparts.com and you can get 25 of the rings for like 5 bucks...if u got a 01 f350 7.3 I can give you the info on what size you need to do it yourself...takes bout 30 mins tops...id change the fuel filter as well cause you have to drain it anyways
