Fuel leak I think?

Well I looked into it today the only place I've come to it leaking from would be the fuel line going into the head.

did the line crack in the little strap that holds it in place?

I don't know I couldn't see it leakig when started but it looks the wetest and hasn't leaked today from what I can tell

check the simple thing first....make sure ur fuel filter cap is seated correctly. i had the o-ring backwards (yes, laugh all you want ). if not, dieselorings has full rebuild kits for the fuel bowl and all the hoses. viton o-rings.

Ok.where's the fuel bowl located at? It's dry to on filter assembly and drain bolt for that.

My boss's 02 just had a leak in the valley and it turned out to be the line leading from the filter housing to the rear of the right head. The bracket that holds it in place had rubbed a hole in it. I silver soldered it for now but am ordering a replacement tor it.

fuel line on passenger side where it goes thru hold down strap on head will wear a hole in it i posted step by step instructions. how to replace line cost 45.00 from ford took this old man 3hrs put a thick pad over radiator youll be there for a while

check passenger side fuel line from filter to back of head where it goes thru clamp bolted to head. if thats it i posted step by step inst just scroll down to fuel line replace line is 45,00 at dealer when i went in i showed him part number he glanced at a went and got it said common problem

takes a 9/16 short wrench. yea, lots of pad over radiator. just changed mine 3 days ago.
