ok my 01 F250 needs new upper and lower ball joints on the driver side... everyone is telling me the heavy duty ones run like $120 a set but all I find is sets right around $80 so where is the best place to get them and if you have the part numbers share them with me!

Unfortunately, most people are far too cheap to buy the good stuff......

Ford parts would probably be the best... I have always had good luck with Moog chassis parts tho

 

You should have a D-50 under that F-250... Just an FYI

 

I went to the ford stealership and bought them... $103 for the pair...

how would I check to verify thats its a d50?

 

As Far as I know there are no 2001 F-250's with D60's... They didnt start that until 2002. The diff tag would tell you, and I am sure there are visual clues as well that I dont know.
