Depends on what you want to spend and what your goal is...

You have a 2002, so that means PMR's which puts you at the 400hp limit...

400hp I would do NEW AC code injectors with 100% nozzles, a mild fuel system, 38R or H2e turbo and a tranny to hold up to the HP.

Could throw a water injection system on there to keep things cool...

AC's with 100% nozzles- $1600
Fuel system- $500
Turbo- $1600-$2200
Tranny- $4200
Water injection- $500

Would a TS 6pos chip be too much for it?

A TS chip will get you right about 300hp to the rear wheels. So no.

Yup... Even if you run a 240hp setting... Stock injectors, stock turbo, stock HPO system are not capable of more then 300-310hp to the rear wheels...

Throw a stock 7.3l on the dyno, an auto will put down a tire burning 215-225hp...

Manual will do a bit better at 220-230...

Woohoo!!!

Intake, Exhaust, Gauges, Chip will put you right there... 300hp, maybe 320 on a real loose dyno.

4" turbo back... They all flow the same, some sound a little differant, but otherwise there all the same.
