Ok I've been thinkn. I have some miles on my 4r100. It's startn to feel weak. Slip ect. I was thinkn about doing a manual trans swap. Has anyone done this to there rig yet? I know I'm going a change flex plate an pedal assembly, but what else. I'm sure the ECM too right? Does anyone know if the trans mounts are the same? Any input would be great. Thanks.

 

I think the cab tunnel is different between the auto and the manual. Comparing my friends F350 auto to my F250 manual I have humps on either side of the tunnel that are not on his.
