idk how the 7.3 stands up to the pressure but studs may be a good idea. i know on the 6.0 the are a must have.

you can run a safe 40 psi and be fine, my buddy had some stage 2s (160/100) with a garret 38R and didn't have studs or anything and never had a single issue, and that truck is FAR from being babied

Studs with hybrids would be a good idea, but not 100% necessary.

ARP headstuds or if you wanna spend the extra cash Wide Open Performance has the H-11 headstuds, i've heard good about them both so that parts up to you, and if you have the money and want to spend go with a different turbo set up, that way you can upgrade as you progess through the stages unless your are absolutley positive you wont do anymore to it
Brian at black widow builds a dang good turbo set up for a decent price, Wide Open has a few different set ups, Alligator has some, my top two picks would be Alligator and Black Widow they are both awesome guys to talk to and work with

dont bother with anything banks. it all way over priced. if you want an intake on a budget do a diy, if you have some money to spend do a AFE stage 2.
