P0263 Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0266 Cylinder 2 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0269 Cylinder 3 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0275 Cylinder 5 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0284 Cylinder 8 Contribution/Balance Fault

those are the codes. from there idk what they mean. id think it if it was bad injectors on all 5 that the truck wouldnt run. but i really dont know what all this stuff means. hope that little bit helps. even though i know it didnt

Check your wire harness on the passanger side, the UVC harness is unplugged or shorted out.

Not sure where you can get parts over there, may have to go directly to Ford...

But thats what it is...

Basicly you have the entire passanger side not firing.

The #2 is more then likely just the computer being really confused. Fix the other side and check again.

idk if the 7.3 has a ficm or not but i know on the 6.0 with that many injector codes, pretty good chance that what it would be.

Nope, the 7.3 has a IDM, but with all his codes being on one side (short of #2) its 95% the wire harness.
