can anyone tell me if the wicked wheel will increase the trucks performance? i know it makes it whistle louder i have a 5 inch turbo back pipe and tony wildman 4 position chip

Nope. It IS NOT a performance "upgrade" as every aftermarket diesel performance retailer will tell you.

It does one thing and one thing only. It moved the surge line of the factory turbo. It really moves slightly less air then the factory wheel.

The only "performance" gain would be getting rid of the whole "turbo surge" issue in newer(99.5-03) 7.3's.

just do a ported housing, it has a cool sound inside the cab and gets rid of the surge
