Default turbo pedestal
It is leaking out the side that moves the flap any thing I can do to make it stop q

Best bet is to look for a rebuild kit or a used one.

There is a rebuild kit for the turbo pedistal... I'll have to dig the part numbers up...

Call the ford dealer. There is a rebuild kit that comes with all the seals and a new Exhaust backpressure valve actuator. Easy to do.

I have a used one ill sale you for 50 bucks. Works great, only about 75K miles. Let me know if you want it.
