Hey bud, its a long shot, but not sure on the condition of your tires you may have one that is trying to seperate on you, investigate that front left tire balanced or not. the fact that this vibration is magnified while your rolling points towards the front end/any undercarriage components that are in motion, triple check your u-joints, and if you haven't already, don't just look at your possible suspects... ******* shake em up when your under there. otherwise you may have to get that rig off the ground and tires spinning to imitate that vibration, far fetched thought but trans mount?

the steering linkage starts to oscillate, and the steering damper is not stopping it. get your whole front end checked out for worn parts. any worn part can cause these problems.
