Thank you CSIPSD I looked at the kit and I would be easier on my wallet
---AutoMerged DoublePost---
also CSIPSD i have tried to send you a private message but i guess i cant without having 10 posts on here. my question was about injectors, i would like to upgrade mine but the Army does not pay well. is there anywhere that would upgrade the stock ones i have now for cheap or a DIY kit. if i am out of line posting this here i do apologize, youre advice is greatly aprreciated.

Hutch makes it so you can fill the tank absolutely full by cutting off the vent hose short inside the tank (Once the fuel reaches the vent it cuts the gas pump out, by cutting the vent hose shorter the pump kicks out later, Gasoline expands and needs head room, diesel doesn't expand as much and needs much less expansion room in the tank)
I myself have been lazy as of late with a new wife and house but soon development will continue on a fuel system that guts everything except the fuel level gauge and starts anew, from the tank cap to the return will all be new, a 5/8 id fuel pickup, new fuel screen that draws from the surface of the fuel (water separates and lays in the bottom of the tank, why do I want fuel from the contaminated section of the tank?) 10 micron pre-filter wit water separation, Aeromotive pump rebuilt to bio-diesel standards (if it can survive the acidity of bio-diesel, it'll withstand normal fuel) 1 micron post filter with water separation, AN-10 all the way from tank to heads, Aeromotive pressure regualator again built for bio, 6an return back the tank with a new return WAYYY in the back, away from the fuel intake to lower cavitation. At this juncture I see noone has what I wanted, and alot of what I've seen is crap, cutting corners everywhere they could. I also noticed a few sites intermixing AN and JIC fittings, hmmmmm BAD BAD! That's also a major reason why I won't spend 400-700 on a "pre-engineered" system.

i just installed the riff raff crossover kit you are talking about. clay said he has seen some slight fuel milage from it, but really no big difference. i run my truck every day, and my fuel milage didn't improve at all and if anything it got worse but i did install a new turbo wicked wheel at the same time so i can't really say the fuel kit made the milage drop slightly or the wheel. didn't notice any increase in anything to be honest with ya. i personally won't put one on again any of my trucks, but thats just me.

Fuel mods will not effect the MPG any one way or the other...
My fuel system is a strictly diesel bowl delete kit with two napa filter heads under the truck. One is a 10 mic water/prefilter and the other is a 2 mic final filter. Keep in mind the factory filter is a 12mic filters so 2 mic is MORE THEN ENOUGH.
