Complete tear down of the block... Hone the block, new pistons and bearings...
Ya, it has to come out.

Well your correct.. I don't know if it's a injector issue anymore... I pulled the left valve cover off and the #8 exhaust rocker was broken. I removed it and all the parts are there. Not sure if that was my smoke issue though because I'm sure this is what went when I was WOT and heard somthing go. So do you guys think the the smoke was still a seperate issue or all this connected somehow? Figure I should at least do injector seals. Should I replace the UVC harnesses for good measure?
Hard to say maybe CSIPD might have an answer. <--- I am not joking this time! Seriously

Update: Ended up punching all 8 0.040 over, and the crank 0.010 under, had to shave the heads 0.010 also. Have engine 90% put back together, just waiting for a new front cover to come in to finish.
Looking like total bill will be right around $3200, plus New injectors @ $1800 = $5000 total investment in parts. All labor done by me, with a buddy of mine helping with any questions I had. Hope to have engine in and running by Thursday night. Will let ya guys know how it goes.
