Default 2002 F250 smoke and choke issue

I posted a few on another thread but didn't want to hi-jack there's so I figured I'd just start this one..

About a week ago my powerstroke started to smoke more then usuall. At first is was only on cold start up. It would blow blue/white smoke till you drove it down the road and it would clear up. At start up it would chug a little bit and almost have a miss.

Talked to a tech I know and he said that it sounded like the turbo needed to be replaced.. I bit the bullet and ordered one without really looking too much into the problem.. I did take the intercooler line off and found there to be oil in the pipe, so I thought yup, the turbo..

Well since then I've been doing some research and I think the oil I found is normal considering the CCV mod had not been done yet. It now has been and it still smokes like before but I was able to check the turbo for end play while I had the intake tubes off and there seems to be little to no play in the turbo, so I think that's not the issue..

Are there any other idea of where the smoke could be coming from...

Because of the missing I'm starting to think that maybe it's the injectors? Also noticed today that when I drive it harder then normal I can get it to run rough at idle when I come to a stop after it's warmed up.. It smokes alot at that point...

Truck starts right up, no extra cranking needed, just extra smoke

Well the truck is on the trailer... Was heading home going up a hill under full boost and something went... Engine started chuggin, popin, and smokin.. When I came to a stop oil was running everywhere. There was a popin noise from the left front bank of the engine, and the idle was rough...

there where two codes

p1211
p0603

I checked the turbo for movement earlier in the day before it went all to pot. It was tight. I have not looked at it since I put it on the trailer... I just loaded it and got the codes off it. Going to dig into it tomorrow just wondering where I should start...

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Ok, so I got to look at it tonight with a buddy of mine who has built a few diesels in his day.

Turns out I have a bad injector, so going to rebuild all 8... Any suggestions on what size I should put in it? While I have the turbo off figure to do exhaust also, seeing as mine is about shot from the down spout back. Figure to go 4" from the turbo back.

The oil leak is coming form the pedestal.

size injectors all depend on what you plan on doing with the truck, there is a sticky on injectors on here and will tell you what which will give you but after stage ones you need to swap out your hpop and turbo and a good idea would be to stud the heads down, and your gonna need a good chip for the mods.
