Default 01 electric lift pump

Does anyone know what the lift pump pressure is on the 2001 7.3? I want to use it on my 90 cummins but don't want to blow my front seal. Any info appreciated, thanks.

There is no "lift" pump on a powerstroke, just a fuel pump...

It runs anywhere from 50psi to 80psi, depending on the regulator or regulator setting.

Like Joe said. The fuel pump will create as much pressure as the regulator makes it create. If you regulate the pump to 4-10 PSI, it will flow A TON of fuel.

Ok, thanks for the info! Looks like I gotta shop for a regulator to keep it around 18 psi.
