High to low side fault?

Or P1211? Whats the specific code?

First off, you should not drive your truck much and be very easy on it when cold. I dont even move my truck until its at 100* on the oil temp gauge.

Default I know this sounds odd but...

Check your oil. Has it been changed lately? Part of the injection system on the 7.3 is driven by the oil pressure. I was ready to send out my injector pump to be rebuilt, but someone told me to try changing my oil first. It worked, and the truck has run perfect ever since!

The P1211 is somewhat normal on a tuned truck, are you driving it in the agressive tune all the time?

The P1316, clear it and see if it comes back. It could be a wire harness issue, or it could be something else, but start there.

if your driving around in the agressive tune all the time make sure you are giving plenty of time for warm up.
