I have a 00' 7.3l powerstroke. AEM bruteforce cold air intake. XD Compressor wheel, banks big head accuator. Upgraded trans, torque convertor etc. 4:11's locked in rear. Edge juice with attitude and exhaust 4in from turbo back to 6in stacks. Its makin more hp but not as much smoke as when i had my 2 stage chip in it. i only upgraded programmers because the 2 stage chip was not helpin my trans shifting haha. Any tips suggestions help ? dont really have cash to do injectors yet. but i did hear that the superchips 1855 flash turner is compatible with the edge.

 

You can not stack programers or chips... One thing at a time. Chips will always override the programer and one programer will override another...

What do you want out of your truck? a smoky pig making 250hp or a clean burning 300-320hp?

Get rid of the edge and get a good custom tuned chip. Why do you want to smoke? Smoke doesn't equal power.

 

Actually joe, the edge is designed to be stacked with a fe other programmers, as long as a programmer is stacked with another programmer youll get double hp with most extreme settings. you cant stack a programmer with a chip that is correct. for ***** an giggles i just went outside and stacked my edge juice w/ attitude w/ a superchips 1855 flashpaq (which edge products said was compatible just watch the egts) and it is not only rediculous, is smokin like all hell with my edge on extreme and the superchip on tow performance. but injectors are coming and intercooler sooo se what i get outta this befroe i do the turbo .. but thanks for your advice man, your truck is nicely done my man.

LOL... I dont know your name, so I can not respond by name...

You CAN NOT stack programers on a PSD, ya just cant. When you load a programer into the PCM it downloads the factory settings to be able to return it to stock. Then you put another programer on there and it downloads the performance program you had on the PCM and loads its Performance program on the PCM.

You can stack a 10k (ICP mod) with a chip or programer, but nothing else.

I think one of edges products plugs into several motor sensors (EOT= Engine oil temp, ICP= Injector control pressure, CPS= cam pos sensor) but I dont know what that product is called. No matter what you will not get more then 300hp out of stock injectors.
