Problem is, most of those fuel pumps only put out 30 psi... You need 70psi on a powerstroke...

I already have a 1/2 fuel line from the pump to the fuel bowl delete and a 5/8 line from the fuel tank pickup to the pump, I feel like going back to a stock pump would be moving backwards a my fuel pressure with my stock pump would fall to 28psi from 72psi when I went to wot with my stage 2 injectors

You have something else going on if your dropping that much fuel PSI with stage 2's... With a stock pump and 250cc hybrids I am not dropping below 45psi, and thats with a single stock fuel pump with 150k on it, pulling thru a 10mic water filter and pushing thru a 2 mic final filter...

Have you checked your pick up tube?

I have the same fuel system, but without the Pick up... Its on my too do list, but first I need to get her running again...

That being said, I dont see how with stage 2's you are having any issues. You might check the restriction on the pick up side and see if you have an issue there.

I think a low pressure airdog for filtering and then a fuel lab would be the best set up, but the fuel lab pumps are not cheap...

I had the pressure drop with the stock fuel lines pulling through a dahl 100 with a 100 micron filter with the fuel tank mods that replace the fuel mixing valve with a straight pipe that was 3/8 off the bottom. the tank is perfectly clean with the 5/8 stainless pipe down to 3/8 inch off the bottom

Something is going on if your stock pump could not keep up with stage 2's and you have eaten 3 Fass pumps, thats all I am saying. I would check vacumn on the suction side...
