psd power steering weak at low speed
2001 superduty power steering at times has very little assist at low speed like when turning into a parking spot etc.fluid level is up, pump seems to have enough assist when at speed and no excessive noise coming from the pump.but when turning at just off idle its like manual steering.tires are 305s not too much larger than stock.anyone else experience this, any fixes ?
mine does it... havent gotten around to fixing it...
but i plan to flush the whole system with synthetic ATF to see if it stops the noise and lack of low speed steering....
the brakes are run off the PS system too so parking lots are no fun (low speed and using both brakes, steering)....

have tried flushing system /synthetic fluid ..lucas oil etc.anyone one know of a aftermarket pump with more flow/pressure that might work to improve this issue .seems that more than a few of these trucks have a similiar problem.thanks
I have an upgraded one from Nolimit4x4 it can be used with or without ram assist supposed to have more flow never got around to installing it plus I lost the instructions somewhere might get rid of it if you want it.
