White Smoke
#31
wish I had my laptop back...
the air pressure needs to go on the brass valve on the back top of the turbo. It has nothing to do with the valve on the bottom of the turbo, that one is run off of oil pressure. Take your air nozzle and blow into the nipple where the red line should have been connected. It will move.
Garrett 38r is the only drop in turbo that fits our trucks, I would not call it the best, but thats my opinion.

Ok, truck wasn't running for a week(replaced #1 injector and IDM) now it runs rough and blows white smoke. Any thoughts on what this might be now. I've owned it for 3 years and never had white smoke. Hucksdorf is the only place around here that I know of and spoke to someone who works there he said they'll sell you what you need and some stuff you don't so I'm not to keen on bringing it there. Anyone heard reviews on Hucksdorf? Would prefer to fix it myself. Thanks.
