Got ya, but to be clear it is not a silencer ring, but a bleed ring. It helps control air flow and surge issues...

I am running the ball Bearing 38r and it had a nice whistle, but after doing the 6637 DIY mod the whistle is more like a scream or a jet! It's so loud but its louder coming from the intake side. It sounds crazy... Screw the stereo.....all turbo when driving
