Default Late '99 DRW 4 w.d. SuperDuty Ft. Axle Rebuild

I just got this truck last week, and what started-out as a simple "Pad-Slap" has turned quite ugly indeed, as now I'm having some problem finding a couple of components needed to just get me "Rolling" again:

1. Passenger Side Outoard Drive Axle-Shaft, but ONLY that part which splines into the Hub assembly:

Ford has only the whole entire Drive-Axle assembly available and I only need to replace it (the Outboard Splined-Shaft Drive Axle) and its U-Joint.

2. The "Automatic" 4 w.d. Front Hub actuator:

I've found online what appears to be a component of the Vacuume Operated "Automatic Hub" actuator assembly, but is there a rebuild kit that includes the plastic "Automatic ~ Lock" dial itself? That's what busted on mine to disable the Vacuume Signal...looks like someone grabbed it with pliers 'n it shattered, otherwise, it appears like it'd work if it could hold vacuume : ?

The failure of the P-side 4 w.d. Front Axle "Automatic Locking-Hub" actuator appears to have been the cause of all my problems here...having failed for Gawd-only-knows how long, the Hub-Bearing Assembly -- including the out-board Axle Shaft support needle-bearing assembly within it -- is shot for having spun with the Axle a-wobble 'n Spider Gears a-spin : ?

The Pattern on the Ring 'n Pinion, Carrier Bearings, Spiders, and the Inboard Axle Seals appear OK, so I got lucky there...because I'll only use 4 w.d. to get out of a jam (lack-of-traction in 4x2) and otherwise maybe once or twice a year for Ice 'n snow, I'm not looking to rebuild/replace the entire 4 w.d. Front Axle assembly at this time.

If it's going to at least be able to work I need to replace the Passenger Side Drive-Axle Outboard-shaft (that Splines into the 4 w.d. Hub Assy.) that's bad on both the Vacuume-Seal surface and where the needle bearings rides in support of the Outboard Drive Shaft there within the inboard part of Hub assembly...it's chewed-down really good right there.

The Driver Side doesn't seem to have any problems: It both "Locked" in "LOCK" and free-wheeled in "Automatic", but I'll take it apart after I get the P-side back together to replace the "Dust Seals" on both ends of the Axle Tube...both were separated, and ALL that stuff comes apart just to service them.
