white smoke at idle??

My 2001 powerstroke is white smoking at idle i have no idea what is could be. my ccv o rings are leaking and i am getting new ones. what would make my truck do this

the injectors are new i doubt there is air in the fuel. But i noticed today that there is oil coming from a crack in my turbo houseing.
