Default 7.3L Running hot under load

Got a 00 7.3L w/ 40hp injectors,intake,4" exhaust,CFM +, Wicked Wheel New HP Oil Pump. Towing underload at 60 mph and the temp gauge climbs, when you back out of the throttle and slow down to 55mph within a 1/4 mile the temp gauge is in the norm. Anyone have any ideas.

What injectors? 7.3 injectors are not rated in "hp" like that... Are they single shots, split shots, stage 1, 2 or 3's???

What temp gauge is climbing?
