Default Running Hot Help Please

Ok what I have is an 09 6 speed dpf/egr/ccv deletes smarty jr set on 100 hp tune and torque management all the way up and valair dd clutch. Today I was pulling probably 10k pounds and going down the road it started blowing antifeeze out of the overflow tank. Temperature was fluctuating between 180ish and 210 unless I stopped and had to take off.while I would take off and get up to speed it would get hot like all the way up to 245 degrees. After I got up to 65 and not much load on the motor it would cool off pretty quick back down to 210. When its idling there are bubbles coming up in the overfill tank at the rate of about one bubble every 4 or 5 seconds. Without a trailer it doesnt run hot but if I run it k8nd of hard itll still push water into the overflow tank. Is this a blown head gasket ,thermostat ,fan clutch problem or something else?

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but that sounds like the classic indicators of a blown head gasket.
