Default Turbo Wastegate

In my 2000 F250 if I get on the throttle and either let off or it shifts the wastegate whistles like a turbo from some WRX. Anyone know what could be causing this? Ive rode in plenty of diesels including my dads 2002 F350 and none of them do this.

I think it might be the wastegate getting stuck too. I just wanted to see what other guys might be thinking. Im thinking about the Banks Bighead wastegate does anyone have any positive or negative thoughts on this? (I'll post a video on here of what kind of sound its making)

Sounds to me like surge, the other trucks you have ridden in have not been chips most likely or had stock intakes and you could not hear it.

If you want a new wastegate check out the turbomaster wastegate controler. Works better then anything out there.

If i get on it hard and let off it will do it or if i stay on it going up say an on ramp it will shift into overdrive and it will do it continuously at about 20psi and slowly climb to 25psi and then it will stop even if im still on it. And it does happen when the propane is on but it does it even without it on. And i was looking at the Turbomaster it sounded pretty good and being able to control it to some extent would be nice.
