dude your tires are to big from stock you need to change your rear end gear to compensate, have you reprogrammed your speed sensor for the bigger tires? broken trans and rear end is from the tires being to big without changib=ng gear ratio diesels have a **** load of torque already and drivetrain it is being stressed out to the max with the taller tires

higher compression pistons, rods, better crank, buy the more expencive bearings, that should take care of it.

Broken trans are from POS ford 4r100's that will not hold up to stock power levels, changing gears will not change a damn thing as far as what HP the tranny see's. Speed sensor can help with shifting if you want to mess with it, but HP and TQ is whats killing parts plain and symple.

Higher compression??? Your going the wrong way!

Nothing wrong with the cranks, I dont think anyone has broken a crank yet in a PSD... least not without breaking a rod first.

Default Bigger tires kill trans without mods

Bigger tires do make a difference and you need to change your ring and pinion accordingly. Knowledge is power POWERSTROKEHELP.COM - The Information Source for Ford Power Stroke Diesel Owners
