does any one no how many hp it takes to blow a head gasket on a 7.3l

Its not a HP issue so much as a boost level. The magic number for the 7.3 seems to be 40#... some go before then, some after...

You will not make over 30-32 with stock injectors, so for the most part you are good to go.
