Engine shakes until I get on the gas then it smooths out and is fine after that. Would it be my HPOP or injectors?

 

Can you give us a bit more information on your rig? Any mods (ie: intake, exhaust, programmer, injectors, etc..) or all stock? Recent repairs? How many miles? Does it shake at first start-up or after warmed up? Shake at idle or while driving? Last fuel filter change? Any Codes? Any additional information or symptoms will certainly help us narrow it down for you.

 

My rig is all stock, no mods. The fuel filter has been changed recently and it only shakes while I'm driving and it has about 280000 miles on it. Also when it starts to shake and I push on the pedal to blow it out it takes a few before the RPMs increase and it picks up
