[PICS] Is this normal brake wear?
Hello. 2002 F350 7.3l ZF6.
Wondering if this is normal brake pad engagement/wear pattern.
Pulled the rear wheels to check things out today and the brake pads don't appear to be contacting the entire rotor surface -- only one small strip along the center of the rotor.

Now take a look at this picture from a different vehicle. See how the brake pad wear is smooth and shiny all the way from the center of the hub out to the edge of the rotor?

The wear is a little more on the inside edge of the rotor -- that is to say, the pads are contacting a little more surface area on the insides of the rotors than the outside.
Are the first to pictures considered normal wear for the rear brakes of F350? Front rotors are the same appearance.
Thank you very much for any input. Just finished flushing power steering fluid and brake fluid to all four calipers, and pedal got more firm and brakes felt more responsive. Still chasing that last bit of performance as I use this truck primarily to tow 7 ton excavator.
