So. The mounting is the same. The big diffefence is the pipe the goes to the intake x collector is bigger on the 03. I switched the intake sode of the turbo and wheel. Fit jist fine and all is good.

The bigger intake side just helps the turbo spool faster.

The dealer shows the pedasal on all 99 to 03 the same.

They made two different turbos from L99 threw 03. With ebpv and without ebpv. This is per dealer.

 

The main difference is the intake side of the turbo. The intake side is bigger.
