So. My turbo quite making boost. I have elminiated the EBPV system. I have alos no leaks or blockages. The compressor wheel turns freely by hand. I do not feel any in/out movement. I feel some side to side movement. I do not see any sscrapes or touching, but I have not taken the turbo apart. When I get to 2500 rpms, i get a growling ( bearing sounding more then scraping) from the turbo...

Could this be a bad turbo.
