So this is were I'm at. I replaced all the o-rings on my HPOP and rebuilt the IPR on my 02 Powerstroke. I got a no start which i know is very common. I cranked on it for about 20-30 seconds a couple of times a day for about 3 days. No smoke out of the exhaust, the HPOP reservoir is full, i unplugged the ICP still nothing. So i figured maybe i lost the ball. I took the HPOP out again today and the ball was right where it should be. Please days anyone have any ideas.

 

Sure you put the IPR back together right?

 

FIXED IT
I put a new IPR in, cranked for about 20sec and fired up. Very Relieved
