So this is were I'm at. I replaced all the o-rings on my HPOP and rebuilt the IPR on my 02 Powerstroke. I got a no start which i know is very common. I cranked on it for about 20-30 seconds a couple of times a day for about 3 days. No smoke out of the exhaust, the HPOP reservoir is full, i unplugged the ICP still nothing. So i figured maybe i lost the ball. I took the HPOP out again today and the ball was right where it should be. Please days anyone have any ideas.:argh:

Sure you put the IPR back together right?

I put a new IPR in, cranked for about 20sec and fired up. Very Relieved
