So this morning I tried to start it and it wouldn't. Did the test on it and no voltage. I jumped it with a screwdriver as I read on here and it started. So guessing the relay is bad. As stated earlier there are 2 relays one for glow plugs and other for intake heater. My question is should both of them as voltage going to them when the key is turned on as nether one of them did?

along with the relay and glow plugs, it might be a good idea to check and or replace the block heater.
check out dieselrxproducts.com , their products are top notch as far as im concerned.
