Default 2001 7.3 turbo rebuild kit

Afternoon fellas,
I have to replace my charger seals and I thought since I'm pulling the turbo, 'why not just rebuild it while its out?' I've looked around at different kits and not real sure why some are different than others. If you have had a good or bad experience with a certain brand please let me know why it was good or bad.
Also I was checking out wicked wheels and I realize they don't do much if you're not pulling heavy weight, but again that goes back to 'It's out so why not'. So are there any better versions of a wicked wheel? Thanks guys!

I'm running a WW2 from Dieselsite and a Barder 360* rebuild kit and have been happy so far for the money spent. The WW2 does add a small amount of power mostly in the midrange and there is ZERO turbo surge even with 10k behind the truck and the chip on the 120 setting. I only have about 10k hard miles on this setup so only time will tell how long it's gonna last.

If you do the full rebuild of the turbo itself be VERY VERY careful when you remove the shaft from the hot side. I was very (only one very) careful and slightly bent mine and had to get a new one. Also, when you do the full rebuild of the turbo you need to send off the shaft to have it balanced. Do Not Skip that step.

If you are just putting on a Wicked Wheel and replacing the pedestal o-rings you are ok.

I bought my rebuild kit from johnsmith04shop on ebay. I talked to the guy on the phone a couple times and liked him pretty well. He knew his stuff. I think it was even a weekend when I called him. His kit also included balancing the shaft.
I have the original WW and like it.
