Pull the Downpipe on rear of turbo and inspect the Turbine wheel. Do you have an exhaust leak at either manifold to up-pipe or at the collector at rear of Turbo? That will effect Turbo spooling. Check all of your Clamps on the Intercooler pipes. Also check the Boots at your Intake plenums. If the truck is not building boost Id suspect it would be running excessive fuel as well, causing black smoke out the tail pipe, unless the MAP sensor controls this (Someone more knowledgeable can confirm). The A/C, Alt & Starter are no way related to the Injectors. Perhaps a Plug is not connected or you shorted something to ground causing a short and blew a fuse. Check over all connectors and plugs. Check fuses.
To do the Injectors you had to remove the charge pipes, so, recheck your clamps and intercooler pipes.
Lastly, The oring kits for the Injectors are actually cheaper from Ford I've found, rather than Advanced Auto or Autozone.

- Good Luck
