Default E99 vs late 99-03 turbo

Does anyone know the exact difference of a e vs late turbo? I know the late is slightly larger but I'm wondering if a late will bolt right up or if I need a new pedestal for the newer turbo in a pinch and only have access too a late turbo right now

Pedestal and up pipes. Collector is the same. E99 pedestal is bout an inch shorter. One of those good times for a standard flow turbo mount kits and something big and boost angry
