E99 vs late 99-03 turbo

Does anyone know the exact difference of a e vs late turbo? I know the late is slightly larger but I'm wondering if a late will bolt right up or if I need a new pedestal for the newer turbo in a pinch and only have access too a late turbo right now:argh:

dont think they are bigger, but they have a diffrent mount. they will not swap between the 2

Ok, do you know off hand BARE minimum I have to get to switch will I be ok with just a pedestal? Or would I need the collector as well?

Not sure if you need a pedestal but I would plan KB one of those, up pipes, spyder and plenums

Yea I'm just tryin to make it drivable for now I planned on the rest for the second engine on the stand then it sheared the shaft:dang:

Pedestal and up pipes. Collector is the same. E99 pedestal is bout an inch shorter. One of those good times for a standard flow turbo mount kits and something big and boost angry

SOOOOO for future ref I now have everything needed... you need uppipes stand intake horn runners and boots to connect runners too the newer x-pipe...:ouch: all for $200 I didnt come out TOO bad...
