Default Oil leak in up pipe flange near turbo

I have oil coming out of my passenger side up pipe just before it enters the turbo but only leaks out at certain times.. I can drive the truck 600 miles with no smoke or oil loss but if at high idle for more than 10 mins it will start leaking out of flange of up pipe. Any clue guys? If turbo seal was gone would it not come out of the exhaust side of the turbo and out the exhaust?

Are you sure its leaking out not just spraying onto it? The EPBV actuator can leak crank case pressue out around the rod and it makes the passenger up pipe get wet. When driving, the turbo pull puts case pressure under SLIGHT vacuum so wouldnt leak. Only other thing would be that under load youre hot enough to burn the oil cleanly so you dont see it meaning big bad spendy problems
