ive got no power to my dash, radio, or interior lights I just tried to switch the stock radio out and then all this stuff happened checked all my fuses there all good no idea what else could be wrong with it 2002 f 250 anyone ever had this problem?

 

No actual idea just some guesses. 1 fuse under hood that feeds those circuits in the main fuse box. 2. GEM unit went to hell. I know they power that dome lights and most other generic powered items. HAVE TO get correct one! Got mine off of ebay 2 years ago. Unhooking bats for a bit can reset a GEM
