Default Possible PCM problem need help

Hi guys i recently purchased a 2000 ford f350 srw 7.3 turbo super cab xl work truck package that is having some issues i just within the last week replaced both batteries and the altenator, and also a new air filter and have had a service engine soon light since i purchased the truck i just yesterday finally found a code reader that could read the codes and the codes it came up with are p0562 System Voltage Low....... p0108 Manifold Absolute pressure/barometric pressure circuit high input...... p0340 camshaft position (CMP) sensor circuit malfunction (CID)

on oreillys print out all three list a possible pcm failure for a cause for all three of these codes.

basicly what i have going on is the truck will start up fine rain sleet snow 10 degrees or even 60 doesn't matter, but after coming to a complete stop when you first press into the throttle it sputters for a second than takes off fine when running down the road it runs fine but when going uphill or anytime it drops into overdrive and the rpms drop the truck sputters real bad and shakes but when you step back into the throttle and it downshifts into a lower gear and rpms pick back up over 1500 it takes off fine and stops sputtering and shaking. the airbag light comes on and stays on and occasionally flashes and the overdrive cancel button is not activating when pushed i went thru and checked every fuse numerous times and none of which are blown but i went thru and replaced ones that looked old anyway and still these problems are not changing.

is there anyway to test the pcm to see if it is bad before considering replacement? and i have been doing some reading throughout the web and apparently some of these 2000 model f350s come with a performance chip on the pcm already? and supposedly if it is loose or dirty can cause what appears to be a pcm failure, and removing this stock performance chip can solve this issues and is this possibly true or just mumbo jumbo on the net? I am new to these 7.3 turbo diesels and any help is appreciated i am at a complete loss and banging my head against the wall and have a very angry wife not pleased with the purchase of a truck that is not running right....
