Default EBPV stuck closed

Ok guys im new here so how is it going? anyways i have a 2000 f-350 dually didnt run when i got it. put fresh batterys in it and fuel and gave it a go. Itll hit off and clatter but wont ever smooth out or stay running for that matter without the help of the starter. i noticed it was blowing smoke back into the engine bay from a restriction so i looked further into the problem....found the cast iron exhaust side of the turbo wasnt even bolted to the compressor side of the turbo anymore...all bolts gone/backed out also noticed the the EBPV was stuck in the closed position so i ended up pullin the turbo off...and out of curiousity i wanted to see if it would run without the restriction of the turbo ( i didnt notice the EBPV was stuck till the turbo was already off) and it fired up normal and sounded nice....minus the oil squirting everywheres ...oops forgot about the oil passages going to the turbo...so im debating on what to do...should i delete the EBPV or repair it? and also what can i use to replace the missing bolts on my turbo?

do you live in a warm climate? if so delete it, the bolts are common and can be bought at most diesel shops and ford garages

to delete it you will need a 3/4" freeze plug and a 1/4" npt plug
