unless you goin above a 150 horse you should be ok with the stock injectors, but I would say not to leave it in the highest setting if you do go with the 6po chip, Ive had friends with them in a 95 and 94 ford, the 94 had 150 horse injectors and the same TS chip, it ran like crap because a idiot didnt clean the heads before slappin on new head gaskets but me and my buddy fixed that and that chip would give some trucks a run for their money it would sit you back and give ya a grin from ear to ear, as for intakes there so many that its up to you what you want for a filter and set up, but if you want a different intakes for the heads just leave em unless your gonna make it a drag truck, its just a big wallet burner in my high oppinion. But your injectors can take a little extra abuse, but nothing huge, for me Id be happy with a 60 horse chip and feel comfortable. But i know the Heui Injectors can handle the extra pressure. Also I would get a set of guages, if you already dont have them I would get, Pyro, Fuel and if I was to own a ford Id put a HPOP guage so you can monitor that so you know when it backs its bags. Also just because its says 150 HP gain, doesnt mean you will get that gain with stock injectors you will get high fuel atimization.

Alright! Thanks for the info fellas. So, if I get some new injectors and a higher grade air filter with the gauges to monitor, is there anything else I would have to watch out for to make sure I dont blow somethin?? I really am not gonna have the switch on 140+ very often at all, but not gonna lie, if I wanna feel some power I want to be able to hammer down and get it!! But, I wanna be able to do it with no worries of blowin a part

Unless there are problems with the pickup you can run in any setting you want and be fine. Some people get there best mileage in there highest setting. Gauges are a must Pyro, boost and trans are your common ones. As for an intake you can make your own using a 6637 filter from napa or you can buy something like the AFE. And like I said before custom tuning not the out of the box stuff that comes on the TS chip.

Some good reading for a guy if he is going to give advise on powerstrokes. They are a bit different then your average cummins.

Ya, I know CISPSD just gotta a little confused over a reciept shouldve gone a double checked. But the Powerstrok guy here to. I work on em and I know them, but he has a bigger idea on all the aftermarket stuff out there. Just because I own a cummins doesnt mean i dont know anything about powerstokes. Ive have worked on em all Powerstrokes, Duramaxs and Cummins.. I just dont know evrything about everything. But thanks for the read the third one was the most usefull for me, I will admit I dont know everything about powerstroke injectors, so apologize for the confussion by saying horse power injectors, kinda makes me feel like a dumbass but yes Cummins go buy Horsepower till the 200 mark then its nozzle size.

No no no didnt mean it that way man. Do appreciate the info though. I need to correct my post i ment to say you got one of the powerstroke guys here, my fingers somtimes move faster than my brain and quicker than my eyes can read LOL
