OK, I installed a hpx SS crossover line and a bully dog shift enhancer. The Atlas four inch Turbo back Exaust system is still in the mail. The hpx SS crossover line was well worth the money, my truck runs a lot smoother. I am not impressed with the shift enhancer whatsoever. I put it in because my trans seemed to slip into third and fourth. Now under heavy acceleration it hits third so hard it feels like my rear end is geting knocked off its blocks. Anyone know if I can just remove a certain spring or the actuator to make third shift nice like the others. I called bully dog and the Guy says " let me get one of our trans experts and I'll have him call you." Yeah that was Friday.

 

I agree with DieselDanBoy I'm getting about 17-19 MPG with a chip, exhaust and intake.

I actually have the bully dog shift enhancer laying around that I've never installed, and maybe i shouldn't.

 

just don't drive like you're on cocaine and redbull and you'll get decent mileage. i was getting about 18- 20 with my 94. and about 13 with my 99

 

I'm not saying anything bad about the Bully Dog kit, because my trans didn't seem right to begin with. I am currently getting between 14 and15 MPG. I don't always drive like I'm on cocaine and redbull, maybe a few Monsters I haven't decided on a chip yet but I did order my Tymar intake. The Atlas Exaust I ordered on Nov 18th still hasn't shown up yet so yesterday I had to call and tell them I wanted my money back so I could order through another supplier, now they are sending me a MBRP system I guess because Atlas hasn't released the Exaust I ordered.
