Default Slack in drive train question

I'm noticing slack in the drive train.Dose anyone have any ideas where I should check first. I had the south bend clutch installed 6000 miles ago 125,000 miles on the truck..There is no vibration u joints are all tight. Truck dose have positraction. Very seldom use 4x4 maybe 300 miles of the 125,000..The clutch is working fine a little more chatter on take off then I like can anything be done about the chatter.. Would appreciate any input.. Thanks marty
