I've got almost 300 k on mine and I literally haven't done anything to it change the oil and a cam sensor, thats it

good truck. the f250 front end isnt as good as the f350 but it can be swapped out if you really want a straight axle, but the only other thing would be the dual mass flywheel. if it goes to heck dont spend the 1000 bucks on a new one, just do a luk or valeo single mass conversion kit. a buddy did one on his 5 speed and it was only about 750 bucks for the whole kit. i love the obs fords!
