Just finished replacing upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends . Got in the cab to drive it around the block , and it wont turn over . Batteries are good , all fuses are good . Turn signals / wipers / Headlights / dome lights / Blower motor all good . No dash lights . Any ideas on what the issue is ? It ran just fine when I parked it to work on it .
