mad pouring out diesel

i need help i have a 97 ford f 250 and i was driving down the road and lost my diesel i shut the truck off and the leak stoped drove the truck home thanks it was right up the street lost a lot of diesel need help looks like the drain valve any one have this problem

looks like you need a new valve your loking at some where near $60

Where is it coming from? Is the drain valve open?

Here is a quick way to get yourself back on the road.

Take a piece of hose that fits the drain valve,

clamp it on, plug or bend it in half and clamp it again.

Easy way to get back on the road if it is the drain valve. Just dont leave it like that forever.

found out what it was pulled off the bowl and found a hole in the bottom

That is ... quite common.

Your best bet would be a wrecking yard. Ford will bend you over...

If not, its time for a full on fuel bowl delete and a regulated return...

same thing happened to my uncles truck a year ago, just driving normal and started leakin like a ****, glad ya found the problem, good luck getting it fixed now

I'm having leaking issues to who has the fuel bowl delete and a regulated return?
