Your EBP sensor could be out, plugged or otherwise not working.

The PCM uses intake air temp, Exhaust back pressure and Engine oil temp to control the EBPV...

My bet is the tube leading from the passanger side exhaust manifold is plugged and the sensor is not seeing the increased back pressure when you try and accel...
