Default weird noise in the front end.

so when i drive around there is sort of a high pitch squeaking noise that comes from the driverside area it sounds like its something in the shock but i dont know for sure what is going on with it. i have a lift on it i dont know if that makes a difference but does anyone think they know what that could be? thanks a lot.

its not your front brake dragging a little or a bad wheel bearing or something of that nature is it or even a small chunk of something around your cap or hub

I dont know about the ball joints. They will usually squeek a little while turning. If you can hear it over that diesel engine inside the cab its pretty loud. If it was me I would take a look at the wheel bearings and breaks one more time.
